SUMMARY:
We are looking for an ONLINE STORE MANAGER to join the Ecommerce team of a well-known International Footwear Brand in Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an ONLINE STORE MANAGER to join the Ecommerce team of a well-known International Footwear Brand in Johannesburg.  The Online Store Manager will be responsible to manage the daily operations of the ecommerce store and will be based at head office in Houghton Estate.

Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Online Customer Service team, the Online Store Manager will be required to monitor the online sales, handle queries, manage special delivery requests, making sure all products are loaded correctly with the correct descriptions, manage sale products, etc. 

The Online Store Manager will be required to track and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales and come up with innovative ideas to increase online spend.  To meet with marketing and merchandising teams on a regular basis to discuss trends and seasonal promotions and sales.

Qualifications and Experience required:

-          Degree / Certificate / National Diploma in Business Marketing or similar qualification

-          Experience in Online / E-commerce environment, specifically as a Store Manager would be an added advantage

-          Store Manager experience in retail, specifically in fashion / apparel / footwear industry

-          Experience in generating online sales

-          Must have a good understanding and grasp of Web design software

-          Experience in tracking the success of the site

-          Experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) 

-          Experience managing a team of people

-          Digital marketing experience and keen interest

-          In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software

-          Experience in marketing and technology

-          Ideally experience in use of Adobe Photoshop, IDesign, UX, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics

-          Time management skills

-          Ability to plan and organise
