Online Quality Controller

• Conduct daily online quality control, including initial inspection of all production lines and ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor staff compliance with GMP and hygiene requirements before production start-up and throughout the shift.
• Perform routine analysis and testing of incoming and outgoing tankers, storage tanks, line samples, and other required samples.
• Conduct all required final product and packed goods inspections at warehouse level before dispatch.
• Verify cold-room stock and monitor cold-room efficiency.
• Maintain and control documentation required for FSSC standards.
• Inspect incoming packaging materials and raw materials used in production.
• Ensure quality issues are identified, documented, and addressed promptly to maintain product safety and specification compliance.
