Job Purpose:

Onboarding specialists assist new and existing customers with complex integrations and migrations of their web applications

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Financial qualification would be a bonus
• Experience in Property Rentals would be an advantage and or
• Experience in training or education would be an advantage
• Fully bilingual
• Extrovert
• Above average communication skills
• Patience
• Excellent administrator
• Organized
• Be professional

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for solving customers cases through a variety of customer contact channels which include telephone, emails, and online meetings.
• Data migration of our client information from a previous financial system onto our financial system
• Build client relationships while assisting them with queries
• Updating system training documents
• System training via zoom to ensure that customer users have adequate basic, intermediate, and advance system knowledge
