The Role: Client Onboarding & Enablement Specialist.

This role exists to ensure every new customer has a seamless onboarding experience from pre-sales engagement through to a fully deployed, operational solution. The role contributes to the business by ensuring implementations are delivered professionally, building client confidence in the connectivity management platform, and facilitating smooth customer transitions to ongoing support. Main focus areas include pre-sales and POC support, customer account and device configuration, delivering platform training, coordinating with internal teams, and troubleshooting onboarding issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 2 to 5 years of required expertise into the end-to-end client onboarding journey from pre-sales engagement through successful implementation and go-live.

• Support the Sales team through pre-sales and proof-of-concept stages including device-compatibility guidance, POC SIM and device setup, and prospect platform walkthroughs.

• Configure customer accounts, SIMs, devices, and platform settings.

• Deliver engaging client training sessions on the connectivity management platform.

• Assist customers with hardware installation, configuration, and initial troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with Sales, Client Services, and Technical teams while maintaining accurate onboarding documentation and CRM records.

About You

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Enablement.

• Experience delivering software or technical product training.

• Ability to configure hardware and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Excellent documentation, process management, and project coordination skills.

• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• AI-ready mindset with an eagerness to adopt new technologies and ways of working.

• Customer-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience within SaaS, Telecommunications, Connectivity, Networking, or IoT environments (Advantageous).

• Exposure to IoT devices, SIM lifecycle management, Connectivity Management Platforms, cellular technologies, or networking equipment (Advantageous).

• Familiarity with CRM systems and project or ticket management tools (Advantageous).
