POSITION INFO:
A fast-growing leader in solar and clean utility solutions is looking for a detail-driven Onboarding Agent to ensure seamless handovers from sales to installation. You’ll be the go-to person guiding clients through their setup journey — from documentation and scheduling to activation and aftercare — ensuring every customer feels supported, informed, and delighted.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in client onboarding, customer service, or admin coordination
Strong background in a customer-centric or service-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid administration and CRM management skills
Strong organizational ability with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Experience in the solar, energy, or utilities sector highly advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Manage client onboarding from handover to installation and activation
Coordinate pre-installation admin, documentation, and scheduling
Ensure clear client communication throughout the process
Handle SSEG applications and contractual adjustments
Collaborate with operations, support, and sales teams to deliver top-tier service
Proactively request feedback, reviews, and referrals to strengthen client relationships
