SUMMARY:
A leading company in fleet risk management is seeking a Fleet On-Site Support Agent to join their team in the Western Cape

POSITION INFO:

If you are thick skinned, have strong conflict management skills and have extensive experience with fleet risk management, our client is looking for you. As the Fleet On-Site Support Agent, you will be responsible for reducing road risk for fleet operators, engaging and liaising with drivers and senior managers on a regular basis to provide feedback on dashboards and KPI’s, trouble shooting and resolution of operational issues.

Requirements:

Bilingual – English and Afrikaans
2 – 3 years experience with driver behavior analytics/ monitoring agent in operational support center/ fleet supervision
2 – 3 years experience in the Fleet/Logistics/Distribution industry
Experience with using Google Sheets and Transport Management Systems
