Purpose of the Role

rain is looking for a passionate, energetic, and tech-savvy individual to join our distribution team as a rainmaker: Fulfilment Agent & Dasher. As part of our dynamic fulfilment team, you will be on the move — fulfilling orders, attending customer call-outs, setting up and optimising devices, delivering top-notch customer support, and getting to the root cause when things go wrong. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver device orders to customers efficiently and professionally.
• Onboard and RICA customers on-site.
• Set up, configure, and optimise Wi-Fi networks and rain devices.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting at customer locations.
• Attend to customer call-outs and resolve issues swiftly.
• Act as a rain brand ambassador in every customer interaction.

• A valid driver's licence is required.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Wi-Fi networks and connectivity solutions.
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional South African languages are a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrated IT literacy and comfort working with consumer tech products.
