Location: Alberton, Gauteng

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OMNI Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records using the OMNI accounting system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in bookkeeping within a small to medium-sized business environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Full-function bookkeeping to trial balance using OMNI Accounting software
Process supplier and customer invoices, payments, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Prepare VAT returns and other SARS submissions
Manage payroll entries and monthly journals
Maintain and organize financial records

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper using OMNI software
Minimum 3-5 years' bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles and VAT regulations
Strong Excel and general computer skills
Reliable, accurate, and able to work independently
Reside in or near the Alberton area
