• Organize and oversee offline marketing events, tournaments, and meetups to strengthen player engagement.
• Manage on-site event logistics, ensuring seamless operations and swiftly handling emergencies.
• Build lasting relationships with players, collect feedback, and address user concerns effectively.
• Analyze offline promotion data to enhance strategies and improve execution.
• Conduct market research to better understand user needs and support product optimization efforts.
• Evaluate event performance and user metrics to boost conversion and retention rates.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in offline event execution, with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
• Basic market/data analysis skills, with proficiency in office software and analytical tools.
• Deep knowledge and passion for the gaming industry.

Qualifications:

• College Diploma / Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field.
