SUMMARY:
Office and Sales Assistant, Hartbeespoort area

POSITION INFO:

Well established firm is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their firm in Harties area.

Minimum requirements:

Previous work experience within the same or similar role
Must be able to work on Excel, Sage One and/or Pastel
Ability to think out of the box

Technical, Building, Construction industry would be an advantage
Needs to be friendly and presentable as the person will work 70% of the day directly with the public
Working hours from Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 17:00 and Friday 07:00 – 15:00
Ability to work in high pressure environment

Duties will include but is not limited to:

Answering the phone, taking messages etc.
Working directly with customers in front
Assisting walk in clients with quotations on Excel
Data capturing duties
Coordinating deliveries (making sure stock is being delivered to the customer on time)

Checking deliveries & collections for the day (address, payments, etc)
Handling all Quotes + orders from start to finish
Handling client queries and follow ups (after sales service)
