About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a professional healthcare environment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. This position is offered on a 2-month fixed-term contract. At the end of the contract period, performance will be reviewed and a decision regarding permanent employment will be made.

Requirements:

• 7am till 4pm with 1 Saturday on and the next Saturday off.
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised and detail-oriented.
• Reliable and punctual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and personal assistance support.
• Assist with patient bookings and appointment scheduling.
• Handle calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
• Maintain organised filing systems and practice records.
• Support the dental team with day-to-day office coordination.
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly front-desk environment.
