SUMMARY:
Midrand based company is looking for an Office Manager

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirement 

Matric 

Diploma or Degree essential 

5 years experence in an Office Management role with mutliple staff reporting 

Must have worked within services industry and liaised with clients and customers

Stable employment history 

Strong computer skills including Excel 

Pastel Evolution advantageous 

Ability to work on a CRM system 

Ability to say "yes" or "no" clearly to staff 

Duties:

Manage 10 internal staff members (Receptions, sales support and internal sales) 

Unerstand function of each department and assist aand motivate staff to acheive goals

Manage Order, production and transport planning, credit and refunds, stoock availability

Share and discuss information with Manager 

Understand the market and company products
