SUMMARY:
Our client, a firm of consulting engineers is looking to employ an experienced and well-organised permanent Office Administrator / Receptionist that will be based in Pretoria East.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Relevant qualification in administration.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Essential: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Essential: Previous experience in administration will be advantageous.

Duties:

  • Manage office stationery.
  • Welcome and greet guests.
  • Operating the switchboard.
  • Managing the company fleet vehicles.
  • Manage office refreshments and groceries.
  • Provide clerical and general administrative support.
  • Update and coordinate boardroom calendars and meetings.
