Are you a dynamic multitasker with a passion for property? Our client, a leading property management company based in Johannesburg North, is looking for an experienced Property & Office Administrator to join their growing team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Proven MDA system experience (non-negotiable)
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Background in a property environment is advantageous

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting daily office operations
Assisting with lease administration and tenant communication
Coordinating documentation, reports, and filing systems
Liaising with property managers, tenants, and service providers
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all administrative tasks
