Office Administrator (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town) R10,000 – R12,000 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established shopfitting and design company is seeking an Office Administrator who is smart, results-driven and hard-working.

 

Required:

  • Matric
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Good numerical and administrative skills
  • Solutions-oriented, high-energy levels and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, leadership qualities with the ability o handle multiple tasks and set priorities
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience as an Office Administrator
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and accounting processes
  • Hands-on experience with office management computer programs (such as SAGE)
  • General accounting, business and/or logistics administration experience
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
