A well-established company based in Camps Bay, Cape Town is looking to employ an experienced Office Administrator to join their organisations. Suitable candidate will need to meet the following requirements

  • 3 - 4 years Office Administration experience
  • 2 - 3 years experience with the property industry
  • Knowledge of key duties and maintenance of: 
    • Presentation Folders
    • Marketing Mandate Folders
    • Offer to Purchase folder
    • Mandate folder
    • Brochure/ Listing Files
    • Advertising
    • Propstats and Lightstone
    • New Property Listing
    • Buyers & Tenants
    • Sellers
    • Enquiries
    • Assist with preparation of Offers to Purchase
    • Buyer Appointments scheduling
    • Conveyancing documents
    • Show days
    • Valuations
    • Marketing material
    • Stationery / Groceries
