Our client that operates within the Financial Services industry has an opportunity for a detailed orientated Office Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 1+ years’ experience within the same or similar role – accuracy and attention to detail is key

• Drafting and keeping up to date contractual bundles
• Drafting suspensive condition compliance reports
• Drafting meeting agendas
• Drafting meeting minutes
• Creating and maintaining an action item calendar system
• Drafting signing instructions to clients and/or correspondent attorneys
• Managing the undersigning of contractual documentation
• Filing of duly signed contractual documentation
• Mapping contractual documentation for e-signatures
• Liaising with conveyancing attorney(s), obtaining DOTS tracking numbers and providing progress reports with regards to mortgage and notarial bonds
• Creating and maintaining transaction specific WhatsApp groups
• Assisting with the occasional drafting of contractual documentation
• Attending to all FICA compliance tasks when the FICA compliance officer is with leave
• Maintaining and keeping up to date the contractual and security document filing on the server and software
• Being the custodian of all original security documentation and maintaining a securities register
• Perusing, proof reading and tidying drafted documentation
• Ad hoc administrative duties in respect of the employee’s position.
