SUMMARY:
A purpose-driven hospitality company operating across Southern Africa is looking for an organised and reliable OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join their commercial team

POSITION INFO:
This is a varied, detail-heavy role suited to someone who thrives on structure: you'll keep meetings, trade shows, and property portals running smoothly while backing up the sales team when needed. It's ideal for a candidate who brings genuine care and energy to admin work, not just box-ticking.

Core Criteria:

Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative support, preferably within hospitality or tourism
Matric essential; a diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Experience with CRM systems and hospitality booking portals advantageous
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Professional communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
Dependable and enthusiastic, equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Good problem-solving and time management ability
Willing to work weekends or public holidays when operational needs require it

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day admin: courier arrangements, meeting room bookings, printing of documents and marketing materials
Maintain and schedule the company calendar
Support the sales team by loading information into the reservation system and responding to standard enquiries using approved templates
Cover sales email correspondence during team absences, escalating anything outside standard scope
Track trade show deadlines, maintain the trade show calendar, and capture buyer and FAM (familiarisation trip) information
Manage and update property profiles and portals, flagging discrepancies for approval
Keep contact databases accurate and current
Ensure properties are stocked with sufficient marketing materials

On Offer:

Salary: R15,000 gross per month
Discretionary performance bonus after probation, subject to company policy
20 working days annual leave per 12-month cycle, accrued monthly
Office-based position (Gauteng)
