Office Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a well-organised and reliable Office Administrator to join their George branch. This role is suited to an administrative professional who is detail-oriented, computer literate and able to provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the branch.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

• Provide general administrative support to the branch.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
• Assist with customer enquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Prepare, process and maintain administrative documentation.
• Capture and update information accurately on internal systems.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Assist with quotations, invoices, purchase orders and related documentation.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports and general correspondence.
• Assist with data capturing and record keeping.
• Monitor office stationery and general office requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and service providers when required.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous office administration experience.
• Relevant administrative qualification will be advantageous.
• Computer literate with good Microsoft Office, Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
