Signa Opportunity
is recruiting unemployed youth for quality workplace experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.

About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position: Office Administrator

Stipend: R7500

Location: Gauteng (Laudium)

POSITION INFO:
About the role
The Office Administrator will play a central role in coordinating administrative processes, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring that telematics data and client services are
managed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

General Office & Operational Administration

Assist with daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
Assisting with maintaining structured filing systems aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
Assisting with coordination of meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Support internal reporting and assist with management of records.
Assist with maintaining asset registers for tracking devices, SIM cards, and equipment.

Telematics Administration & Reporting

Assist with administering telematics platforms and user accounts.
Assist with generating fleet performance, driver behaviour, and utilisation reports.
Assist with monitoring alerts and escalate exceptions (e.g., speeding, route deviations).
Assist with supporting clients with onboarding and report interpretation.
Assist with maintaining accurate device and subscription records.

Client Coordination & Service Support

Assist with responding to client queries and log service requests.
Assist with coordination of installations, maintenance, and technical support.
Assist with tracking service issues through to resolution.
Assist with maintenance and update CRM systems.
Assist with ensuring SLA adherence across service requests.

Compliance & Governance Support

Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and company records.
Assist with supporting adherence to POPIA and data protection standards.
Assist with audit preparation and document verification.
Assist with tracking contracts, SLAs, and insurance documentation.

Minimum Requirements

South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
Matric.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
0 - 1 years’ experience in a similar administrative role will be advantageous.
Exposure to telematics, logistics, fleet environments and tenders (advantageous).
