JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Responsibilities:

vBuild relationships with customers and tutors to ensure that they have a surprisingly good experience with the company.
vArrange lessons by liaising with customers, learners, and tutors.
vInvoice clients & collect payments.
vResolve issues and complaints from clients, and tutors.
vAdvise learners and tutors on how to overcome barriers to learning.
vProactively identify ways that we can improve the level of service we offer.
vPreparing regular financial and administrative reports.
vMaintain and update company databases.
vRecruiting and training tutors.
vOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
vUpdate office policies as needed.
vMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
vDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
vPrepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
vArrange travel and accommodations.
vCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
vManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
vSupport budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
vCreate and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
vAssist colleagues whenever necessary.
vPlan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
vRecruit and train tutors and allocate responsibilities and office space.
vAssess tutor performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
vEnsure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
vManage schedules and deadlines.
vMonitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
vMonitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
vOversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians).
vOrganize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
vEnsure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
vKeep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
vOther duties that may reasonably be expected of you within the company from time to time.
