JOB DESCRIPTION:

OFFICE MANAGER / PA - MILNERTON - R15,000 – R25,000 per month

This position is situated in Montague Gardens, and ideal for a candidate that enjoys being part of a small dynamic team. Be the GO-TO person responsible for all aspects of operational management of the office, so your CV will show me that you are capable of being pro-active. Great office environment and the team is a bunch of hardworking fun people. Duties include but not limited to

Being a buffer between staff and the Director on managing all the staff issues that may exist.
Leave control (including sick leave and absenteeism)
Assisting with managing disciplinary procedures and/or ensuring the Policies and Procedures are followed etc.
Day to day running of the office
Input on team events etc.

This position is office based, Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00, non-negotiable

Requirements:

Post Matric Qualification preferred
Own transport
Reside within 10km of the Montague Gardens area
Excellent command of the English language
Above average technical skills
Non-smoker
Vaccinated
