Our client is searching for a Nightshift Foreman to join their team (Centurion / Samrand)

Location: Centurion Shift: Mon–Thu 18:00–06:00 + some Fridays (as required)
Role purpose
Lead and manage the nightshift production team to meet output, quality, and safety targets, with a strong hands-on focus and basic technical support during breakdowns.
Key duties
Supervise nightshift staff and daily production activities
Ensure safe work practices, housekeeping, and quality checks
Manage start-up/shutdown, shift handovers, and reporting
Troubleshoot stoppages and coordinate maintenance support
Minimum requirements
Previous experience as a Foreman/Shift Supervisor in a production environment
Trade and/or technical maintenance experience (hands-on)
Afrikaans & English (speak/read/write)
Willing and able to work permanent nightshift hours
