Our client is searching for a Nightshift Foreman to join their team (Centurion / Samrand)
Manufacturing Company
Location: Centurion
Shift: Mon–Thu 18:00–06:00 + some Fridays (as required)
Role purpose
- Lead and manage the nightshift production team to meet output, quality, and safety targets, with a strong hands-on focus and basic technical support during breakdowns.
Key duties
- Supervise nightshift staff and daily production activities
- Ensure safe work practices, housekeeping, and quality checks
- Manage start-up/shutdown, shift handovers, and reporting
- Troubleshoot stoppages and coordinate maintenance support
Minimum requirements
- Previous experience as a Foreman/Shift Supervisor in a production environment
- Trade and/or technical maintenance experience (hands-on)
- Afrikaans & English (speak/read/write)
- Willing and able to work permanent nightshift hours
Advantageous
- Forklift driving ability/licence (beneficial)
