Night Shift Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership & Management:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily night shift activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory cycle counts.
  • Plan and assign workloads to meet operational goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs.
• SAP System Expertise:
  • Utilize SAP WM/EWM to process goods receipts, orders, put-aways, picking, and shipping confirmations.
  • Generate and analyze SAP reports for monitoring shift performance.
  • Train and support team on SAP procedures.
• Team Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse associates.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and administer corrective actions.
  • Manage employee timekeeping and attendance.
• Inventory & Quality Control:
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Enforce health and safety protocols and security procedures.
  • Lead safety briefings, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Prevent theft, loss, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP WM/EWM is essential.
  • Experience in night shift management.
  • Strong warehouse/logistics management knowledge and problem-solving skills.
