SUMMARY:
Staff Connection is looking for a HOTEL Night Manager for a resort in Central Drakensberg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We need:
  • Hotel diploma
  • SA Citizens
  • Experience in a 4*-5* hotel environment
  • 6yrs Experience in a managerial role
  • Opera & Micros literate
  • F&B experience
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Legislative compliance on OHSA/LRA/BCEA

You will be required to do, amongst other duties:
  • Manage the night shift team, F&B team, security and all other departments when on shift
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, banqueting and events, and bar setups
  • Management and control of OE
