Staff Connection is looking for a HOTEL Night Manager for a resort in Central Drakensberg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We need:

Hotel diploma
SA Citizens
Experience in a 4*-5* hotel environment
6yrs Experience in a managerial role
Opera & Micros literate
F&B experience
Excellent communication skills
Passion for hospitality
Legislative compliance on OHSA/LRA/BCEA

You will be required to do, amongst other duties:

Manage the night shift team, F&B team, security and all other departments when on shift
Knowledge of kitchen operations, banqueting and events, and bar setups
Management and control of OE
