POSITION INFO:
Our client, a driven and fast-paced team based in Centurion, is looking for a newly qualified CA(SA) to take charge of a finance team and drive performance. This isn’t a role for the timid - they’re looking for someone with presence, a solution driven mindset, and the hunger to enhance their careers.

You’ll be managing a team of Accountants, working closely with leadership, and gaining exposure across the business. If you're comfortable with CaseWare and want to hit the ground running, then this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor 3 Accountants
Oversee the full financial function
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Work closely with leadership to drive financial performance
Bring efficiency, structure, and sharp insights to the table

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualification: Newly qualified CA(SA) (or qualifying soon)
Software: CaseWare experience essential
Background: From a smaller audit firm – you’re used to rolling up your sleeves
Soft Skills: Strong personality, confident communicator, leadership mindset
