POSITION INFO:

If you have hardcore sales experience and are a self-motivated and confident individual that will be able to train and motivate a sales team then we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

The position is a full-time position based in a fast-paced environment requiring organizational and exceptional sales skills.

Managing the delivery of training and development programmes

Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses within the company

You will be responsible for the continued development of the sales training program with the goal to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force through our tried and tested system.

Through continuous collaboration with sales leadership, you will follow the training programs to maximize the sales team and revenue potential.

(Lead from the front) Maximise sales growth and development through new business is a key part of this position.

Key Skills Required:

Maintaining a strong technical understanding of the company’s products, services, and sales techniques/systems.

A demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills, able to work well under pressure in a changing environment, and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

A proven ability to motivate, manage and lead others towards a common goal.

(Matric and South African ID are essential)
