Our client, a dynamic and award-winning dealership based in the Upper Highway area, is seeking a sales-driven, motivated, and engaging Sales Executive to join their high-performing team.

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a well-established leader in the automotive industry, known for providing exceptional service and premium quality new vehicles. With a focus on professionalism and long-term client relationships, they maintain a reputation for integrity, performance, and consistent results.

The New Car Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling quality pre-owned vehicles while delivering a seamless customer experience. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring all customer interactions reflect the dealership’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new vehicle sales by actively prospecting and closing deals
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up consistently
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock availability and specifications
Manage deal documentation and finance applications accurately
Collaborate with sales and admin teams for smooth processing
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Engage with customers in a professional and ethical manner
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Represent the dealership at events, promotions, or launches
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of proven new vehicle sales experience (non-negotiable)
Matric or equivalent qualification
Valid driver’s license
Experience in a high-volume, competitive sales environment
Sound understanding of finance and insurance processes
Minimum 3-6 Months Pay slips with proven Sales Records

Remuneration
Market-related salary based on experience + Commission + Company Benefits
