Report to: Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient management of the Developments department
Generate leads and share market intelligence
Understand diverse business processes and strategies
Identify and address problem areas, escalating to Directors when necessary
Manage all HR related matters and internal systems
Train new staff on internal programs and systems

Requirements:

Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Development Manager

Skills: Conveyancer, Managing Development, Processes management, Dealing with property developers, City Council, Financial entities
