This exciting showroom position allows you to build your sales career with dedicated management backing and support. You will use your customer skills to guide buyers smoothly and boost overall dealership floor productivity. Your daily efforts will ensure satisfied car buyers and contribute directly to reaching team sales targets.



Job Description

• Welcome showroom visitors warmly and introduce them to the new vehicle range.
• Take customers on informative, safe test drives to demonstrate vehicle features.
• Help clients value their current trade-in vehicles alongside our management team.
• Work closely with the finance manager to arrange smooth bank finance applications.
• Answer incoming phone calls and internet inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared, valeted, and inspected on time for handover.
• Deliver memorable vehicle handover experiences that build lasting customer loyalty.

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Code 08 (EB) South African driver's license.
• At least 2 years of successful vehicle retail sales experience.
• Good understanding of vehicle sales processes and bank finance options.
• Clear, polite communication and active listening skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new systems.
• A reliable team player who enjoys working with supportive colleagues.
