Job Description:

Currently looking for a Self-driven without supervision Operational Support Manager with Network Engineer knowledge with a very strong tendency towards Managing, Maintaining, Improving and Expanding the Network Infrastructure

Key Requirements:

•             Must be able to work without supervision

•             Proactively manage and monitor the full spectrum of infrastructure

•             Interface consistently with Project managers, Line of Business, Services Development.

•             Establish a sustainable and auditable Operational Support model

•             Engage with a number of service providers and Vendors SLA Performance, Incidents and MACD

               perspective

•             Ensure utilisation and service report/project activities are updated using Operational Services           

               systems and  knowledge bases

•             Assist in identifying and engage in new business opportunities

•             Continuously review budgets and evaluate cost reductions

•             Ensure Service Delivery to our Customer base within the SLA metrics.

•             Work overtime as required.

•             Work and think independently

•             Standby for existing Maintenance contract base

•             Be able to engage with Customers

•             May be required to travel internationally and need a valid passport

Key Skill requirements:

•             CCNA R&S preferred

•             CCNA Wi-Fi preferred

•             ITIL Certification

•             COBIT Certifications preferred

•             Have participated or been involved in IT Audits

•             Understand and have knowledge of Compliance Requirements

•             3 Years or more of Wireless and ISE experience an advantage

•             Firewall experience preferred

•             I0+ years Networking experience at Senior Level

•             10+ years in Managing and Monitoring Network Infrastructure

•             Knowledge/ experience with MPLS, QoS, BGP advantageous

•             Reasonable understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and Server as well as Azure experience.
