Are you a passionate, strategic, and relationship-driven fundraiser ready to make a national impact? Join a leading non-profit organization. They are growing—and we need a dynamic Fundraising Manager to help them secure vital income and share their powerful story.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Impact: Achieve quarterly and annual fundraising targets to support and expand their life-changing programs.
• Prospect & Cultivate: Conduct in-depth donor research and turn insights into actionable cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Craft Compelling Narratives: Write persuasive grant applications and donor reports that clearly communicate our mission and impact.
• Build Relationships: Manage and grow relationships with donors, partners, and senior stakeholders through exceptional stewardship.
• Innovate & Support: Seek in-kind donations, support events and campaigns, and contribute to their overall fundraising strategy.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience in the non-profit sector.
• Relevant degree/diploma.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—confident in public speaking and presentations.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify prospects and secure funding.
• Proactive, innovative, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
