National Admin Manager (EE)

The successful incumbent will have a completed B.Com (Management / Business Administration) / Equivalent, with 5 years administration experience, of which 3 years need to be at Management level, essentially from an Agricultural / Animal Feeds or FMCG concern.  KPA's include: plan and organize stock counts of all animal feeds factories nationally; oversee and control stock movements and implement corrective measures to reduce reports of stock losses; maintain and update a national production journal of all factories; ensure compliance with operational requirements and procedures by all factories; implement, maintain and update a national fixed asset register; analyze weekly / monthly management operational reports of all factories; ensure that invoicing, returns and stock receipts of all factories are timeously processed; oversee and control the credit management function of all factories; ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety in accordance with legislative and company policies at all factories; manage employee key performance areas, identify training and development requirements, and ensure fair disciplinary action to address deviations; implement, manage and maintain sound administrative controls in financial and operational systems; conduct regular audits to measure and check the efficiency of administration processes and business systems at site level.  Experience on SAP / SAGE highly advantageous.  Successful incumbent will be required to travel nationally and work remotely as directed by Management.
