POSITION INFO:

1.MANAGING OF 88C JHB NIGHT SHIFT OPERATIONS
2. MANAGE & OVER SEE OPERATIONS & STAFF DURING NIGHT SHIFT
3. MANAGE, ROUTE, PREP AND PLAN ALL CARGO RECEIVED DURING THE DAY FOR DISTRIBUTION
4. PRE ALERTING BRANCHES OF INCOMING CARGO
5. LOADING AND DISPATCHING ALL CARGO AT NIGHT

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support night shift employees and team leaders.
Ensure daily operational targets and productivity goals are achieved.
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
Handle customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare and submit shift reports, incident reports, and productivity updates.
Coordinate with day shift management for smooth handovers.
Train and mentor new employees when required.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and facility security during the shift.
Respond to emergencies or unexpected operational challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
Ability to work overnight and flexible hours.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of operational procedures and workforce management.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
