Working Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 (Monday to Friday)

A growing technical services team is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to support, maintain, and improve network infrastructure and client connectivity systems. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and confident working in both installation and support environments.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / National Senior Certificate
• 1–2 years’ experience in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) environment
• Experience with on-site installations and client support
• Knowledge of WiFi systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Experience with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, VoIP, and CCTV systems (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence (Code 8–10) and own transport
• Willingness to work at heights
• Basic computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure network hardware (routers, switches, access points, firewalls)
• Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime
• Provide technical support to clients and resolve network issues
• Configure and maintain wireless internet systems
• Implement basic security measures and system configurations
• Assist with troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Work independently or as part of a technical team
