An accredited motor mechanic (Technician), for high performance vehicles. Responsible for providing high-level diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:

• Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Using advanced diagnostic equipment (e.g., ISTA) to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex electronic and mechanical faults in engines, transmissions, steering, and braking systems.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Performing comprehensive repairs and servicing in accordance with factory specifications, including engine overhaul, transmission rebuilding, and electrical system diagnostics.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all work on job cards is completed to high standards to prevent customer comebacks, including road testing vehicles to verify repairs.
• Documentation and Administration: Accurately documenting all repairs, maintenance services, and diagnostic findings on repair orders, and maintaining service records for warranty purposes.
• Technical Compliance: Adhering to technical bulletins, service guidelines, and safety protocols to maintain the integrity of the vehicle.
• Customer Communication: Explaining technical diagnoses and repair needs to service advisors or directly to customers when necessary.
