Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a mid-to-senior Motion Graphics Designer who combines strong creative thinking with excellent technical skills. You should be passionate about animation, video and especially fast-paced, social-first content.

What You Will Do

• Create motion graphics, animation and video for digital, social, film and emerging platforms.

• Produce fast-turnaround content for TikTok, Reels and Stories.

• Bring campaign concepts, storyboards and static designs to life through motion.

• Edit, adapt and repurpose content for different platforms.

• Collaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters and producers.

• Contribute creative ideas from concept through to execution.

• Stay current with motion, social and cultural trends.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

• Ensure work aligns with client brand guidelines and visual systems.

What You Need

• 5+ years' experience in motion design, animation or a similar role.

• Strong portfolio/showreel featuring motion, video and social content.

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience creating vertical social content for TikTok, Reels and Stories.

• Strong understanding of animation, typography, pacing and sound.

• Cinema 4D or Blender experience is advantageous.

• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.

• Collaborative, hands-on approach.

• Comfortable working within a flat creative team.
