Are you a skilled Millwright looking for your next adventure? Do you love the idea of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where cheese takes center stage? Our client, a leading cheese producer serving customers globally, is expanding rapidly at their state-of-the-art facility in the Netherlands. With multiple new production lines and advanced equipment, they’re on the lookout for technically skilled Millwrights to join their growing team.

What will you do?
- Their Maintenance Technicians are at the forefront of a newly structured Technical Department. Following a year of rapid growth, the company is facing exciting challenges in both departmental organization and technical operations. With the recent addition of five production lines — and further automation underway — this role is critical to maintaining and enhancing technical performance.
- The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the smooth execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance. The facility includes a mix of older production lines and cutting-edge high-tech machinery, offering a diverse and stimulating technical environment. In addition to troubleshooting issues on the lines, the technician will handle malfunctions across all technical installations within the facility.
Who are you?
- You have completed a technical MBO-4 qualification.
- You bring extensive technical knowledge and insight.
- You have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a production environment.
- You communicate effectively and have a solid command of the Dutch language.
- You are a team player, ready to support colleagues with your expertise.
- You are decisive, composed under pressure, and structured in your approach.
- You are capable of maintaining oversight across multiple tasks and systems.
Where will you work?
This role is based in Bodegraven, where the company processes top-quality grated cheese with a team of around 120 colleagues. Their client base spans the food processing industry and the hospitality sector, focusing on large packaging (1, 2, and 5 KG) and small sachets for meal kits. The company continues to invest heavily in the site to meet growth objectives.
