Millwright - Pump Assembly & Testing

SUMMARY:
A hands-on opportunity exists for a qualified Millwright with strong pump assembly experience to join a specialised industrial manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a trade-tested artisan who is confident in assembling, testing, and repairing centrifugal and submersible pumps in a workshop setting. Weekly paid position with overtime availability and full benefits structure.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and repair of priming assisted, standard centrifugal, and submersible pumps. This is a highly practical role focused on build quality and precision rather than general maintenance. The ideal individual must be experienced in pump manufacturing or pump assembly environments and able to work with minimal supervision in a production-driven workshop.
 
Education:

• Grade 12 / N3
• Qualified Millwright (Red Seal)

• Proven experience assembling, testing, and repairing centrifugal and submersible pumps
• Strong background in pump building or pump manufacturing (not general maintenance)
• Ability to perform workshop-based mechanical fitting and assembly work
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
