SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Artisan who must have solid LOESCHE VERTICAL MILL experience to join a manufacturing industry based in Vereeniging. This is a demanding role but with exceptional benefits. Candidate must be highly energetic and committed. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience applicable to LOESCHE VERTICAL MILL.

IMPORTANT:

Must have solid knowledge and experience with LOESCHE VERTICAL MILL

Minimum of 5 years of Loesche Vertical Mill experience in the manufacturing environment.

Top-Notch Millwright (Clay Plant) for their Clay Plant Factory in Vereeniging.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have LOESCHE VERTICAL MILL experience (5 years minimum)

• Be in a position of a Millwright Red Seal Qualification.
• MUST have solid experience and knowledge on LOESCHE VERTICAL MILL.
• Have a very strong mechanical & electrical background/experience
• Demonstrate leadership ability by leading from the front
• Being able to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills 
• Have a hands-on approach and pride in work performed 
• Attention to detail and perseverance to get the details right  
• Total commitment to product quality
• Being able to plan, organise, and control costs 
• Manage maintenance spend within budget
• Manage procurement and control of clay prep raw materials
• Have the ability to develop and implement systems to control the process
• A positive attitude, willingness to work long hours, and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Minimum of 5 years of factory maintenance experience, with 5+ years of experience in LOESCHE VERTICAL MILL.  Team Lead or HOD will be advantageous.

KEY PERFORMANCE

• To ensure that the quality of the product that the factory supplies its customers meets the desired standard & specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, the quality and the consistency of the product produced.
• Involvement and leadership in problem solving and continuous improvement, both of the product being produced, as well as the operation of the equipment in the department 
• Developing relevant process controls and ensuring that they are carried out
• Maintenance of all equipment 
• Implementing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program in the department.         

• Purchasing and financial controls on all departmental maintenance expenses to ensure that the department meets its budgetary requirements and commitments
• Purchasing and financial controls on all consumable materials are necessary to ensure product quality
