SUMMARY:
Recruiting for a Maintenance Technician Bottling.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the FMCG industry with experience in the maintenance of processing and packaging equipment.
Experienced in the maintenance and troubleshooting of filling, labelling, capping and packing machines from the following OEM’s: Krones, Pe Labellers, Robopac, Arol and CFT.
Mechanical and electrical knowledge of conveyor systems, pumps and gearboxes.
Knowledge of variable speed drives, automation, and control.
Control circuits (forward-reverse, star-delta).
Problem solving skills.
Fault-finding techniques and the ability to interpret electrical circuit diagrams.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methodologies (TPM and WCM).
Unplanned & planned maintenance execution.
ISO quality management & HACCP knowledge.
Deliver a maintenance culture that is proactive versus a reactive maintenance system.
Build predictive and proactive maintenance systems that deliver superior machine reliability, efficiencies, and quality products.
Check equipment availability in preparation for start-up.
Perform stand-by duties for the Services and Utilities Department (water, effluent, generators, boiler and compressor).
