Milling Programmer 

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Programmer to join client based in Wadeville. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and setting up Haas CNC Milling Machines using Edgecam software.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience programming and setting up Haas CNC Milling Machines using Edgecam.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of tooling, cutting speeds, feeds, and machining principles.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
• Trade-tested qualification in Toolmaking, Machining, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with extensive proven experience but without formal trade testing will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC Milling Machines using Edgecam software according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate Haas CNC Milling Machines to produce precision components.
• Verify program accuracy, adjust offsets, and ensure components meet required tolerances and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup or production to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor and improve machining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
