A leading organisation is seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer with the versatility to thrive across both corporate and creative design spaces. This is a rare opportunity to take on a role that blends in-house execution with digital brand development — ideal for a designer looking to deepen their craft and leave a real mark.

The successful candidate will spend 60% of their time creating high-quality internal assets — from Word documents and PowerPoint decks to reports and infographics — ensuring consistency, clarity and visual polish. The remaining 40% will be dedicated to collaborating with agencies and freelancers to bring digital content to life across social media, newsletters, websites and branded campaigns.

To excel in this role, the ideal designer will have:

3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role (brand, agency, or in-house)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
A strong design eye and ability to adapt creative across platforms
Proven experience with digital design for social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X
The confidence to manage freelancers and suppliers while keeping projects on track
A portfolio that demonstrates attention to layout, typography, hierarchy and brand roll-out
