POSITION INFO:

At least 12 months of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Ads Manager and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
A solid understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategies, and ad creatives that convert.
A growth mindset and eagerness to stay updated on the latest Meta advertising techniques.
Planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns for a range of clients.
Analyzing campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and scaling.
Collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives and copy.
Staying ahead of trends and platform updates to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
Preparing and presenting performance reports to clients and the internal team.
