Member Relations Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Support a visionary wellness brand in delivering transformative member experiences. As the right hand to senior leadership, you’ll coordinate high-impact brand initiatives, travel logistics, and communications while acting as a trusted brand guardian. This role demands creativity, discretion, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced premium environment.

POSITION INFO:

Execute luxury gifting programs, travel challenges, and promotional orders via preferred suppliers
Draft scripts, design presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), and refine content for leadership communications
Repurpose promotional materials sustainably to reduce waste
Support event logistics: packing lists, studio setups, and visual design execution
Serve as primary liaison for member relations during manager absences
Craft personalized member communications and identify engagement insights
Anticipate stakeholder needs and maintain meticulous logistics tracking

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
1–3 years’ experience supporting executives, marketing, or creative teams
Proficiency in design tools: InDesign, Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
Emotional intelligence: Navigate high-profile dynamics with discretion and decorum
Obsessive attention to detail: Especially in messaging, logistics, and brand alignment
Proactive problem-solving: Anticipate needs and resolve issues pre-emptively
Communication excellence: Impeccable written/verbal skills for senior stakeholders
Travel readiness: Occasional domestic/international trips required
Event Coordination: assist the event project team with events and activations
