Medical Sales Representative (Devices)

R40 000 CTC + R 5 000 Fuel Allowance

Cape Town – To service the Western Cape Region

Leaders in Medical Supplies are currently expanding and are looking for a Super Star Medical Sales Representative who specializes in Point of Care Testing and Diagnostics, Wound Care, Medical Equipment and HIV/AIDS Prevention.  to join their ever-growing, and successful team. We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge in Medical Supply Sales and a proven track record within the field.

Duties

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements

• Matric Certification
• Own a reliable vehicle and a Valid Drivers license is a must.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• At Least 7 Years of Medical Sales experience is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• A Sales and Marketing diploma/degree will be advantageous.
• Must be able to communicate and make presentations at an acceptable level to Dr’s and Nurses.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• POC Experience would be an advantage.
• Fair knowledge/EXP of both PVT and GOVT hospitals
