Duties and responsibilities:

• Typing reports
• Obtaining medical aid authorisation
• Booking patient appointments
• Booking patient theater appointments
• General administration
• Answering telephone calls
• Diary management
• Respond to emails 
• Send out invoices to clients

• Familiar with google drive, and social media
• Experience in dealing with children with special needs 
• Honesty, reliability, and accountability
  Previous specialist practice experience essential
