Medical Receptionist

*Medical Receptionist*

Salary: R10 000 per month for 1st 3 months and after probation the salary would change to R12 000 per month

Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist that works within the medical industry to join their busy medical practice in Hartbeespoort as soon as possible.

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience working as a receptionist within the medical industry
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent communication skills and presentable
• Available immediately
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:30 – 17:00
• Previous medical industry experience is Non-Negotiable
• GoodX system experience would be highly beneficial but not a must

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering telephones, booking appointments, taking messages, etc.
• Keeping filing system up to date
• Liaising with medical aids
• Data capturing of new and existing patients’ details
• Emailing and SMS outstanding debtors
• General administration duties
