Introduction:

A medical practice situated in a reputable Pretoria East based hospital is seeking a Medical Receptionist with five to eight years'' experience within a similar role to join their capable team.

Qualifications and Experience

Matric
Own transport
5-8 yearsâ€™ experience within a similar role
Computer Literate (MS Office Suite)
Medical billing softwareÂ
Experience with Vericlaim would be advantageous.
Experience working with ICD10 billing codes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for answering incoming calls.
Directing calls to appropriate staff.
Greeting and checking in all patients for office appointments, including paperwork for patients to fill out.
Scheduling and arranging patient appointments.
Keeping patient files organised and up to date.
Processing of accounts/billing.
Medical aid claims.

Salary Offered

R 18 000 - R 20 000
